This study evaluates the safety and efficacy of acute permanent stenting with the self‑expandable CREDO® heal Stent in patients with symptomatic intracranial stenosis after unsuccessful thrombectomy. By generating robust clinical evidence in one of the most challenging stroke scenarios, it will empower physicians with greater therapeutic confidence and potentially offer patients a renewed chance at improved outcomes when every minute matters.
