Milestone in RESOLVE Study: 25 Patients Treated for Pulsatile Tinnitus
The RESOLVE Study has reached an important milestone with the treatment of 25 patients. The study is evaluating the safety, efficacy, and clinical benefit of the SiREX® Stent* in patients with venous sinus stenosis associated with pulsatile tinnitus.
Pulsatile tinnitus is a distinct clinical condition that may be caused by treatable vascular abnormalities, including venous sinus stenosis, dural arteriovenous fistulas, and arterial pathologies.
The SiREX® Stent* has been specifically designed to meet the unique requirements of venous sinus stenting. In contrast to the off-label devices commonly used in current clinical practice, it represents a dedicated solution developed specifically for venous applications.
The enrolment and treatment of the 25th patient further strengthens the growing body of clinical evidence and supports the ongoing evaluation of this innovative therapeutic approach.
